Students who wish to study the Secretary of the Company as their profession after completing class 12 may apply for the foundation program. Nevertheless, the executive training is for all students, except for fine arts, in all areas of specialization. Finally, anyone who has finished the CS course intermediate exam can apply for the professional program.

The student who wishes to join this CS Course after 12 must undergo three phases to follow the course of the Company Secretaries. They are the foundation, executive, and professional program. The student will also need to undergo 15 months of practical training, which a student may choose to begin after crossing the Executive Program.

Students wishing to join the Course after graduating must attend two stages of the Secretariat of the Business. These are respectively the management program and the technical program. However, it is mandatory for the applicant to undergo practical training for around 15 months.


Each student will be required to conduct 15 months of management training in companies sponsored by the Institute. Nonetheless, this can only be accomplished after completing the Executive or Professional Course, or inaction underneath the supervision of a Company Secretary.   • Course – 9 months of final/professional.

Admission Process

Students who had the approved 12th standard in any curriculum (with the exception of Fine Arts) may obtain CS (Company Secretary) admission. The students who have passed the graduation will go to the executive level for immediate entry.

In India, students are admitted mostly by colleges based on the distinction list of the qualifying exam. Although some other institutions still give students admissions through entrance exams.
